What is your 5-year warranty?
Our written 5-year warranty on roof soft washing covers roof soft washing on shingle and tile roofs against the return of mold and mildew (terms and exclusions apply). It is not an unlimited all-surface warranty. Ask for the written terms with your estimate.
Do you soft wash or pressure wash?
We match method to surface: low-pressure soft wash for roofs, paint, and delicate surfaces; controlled pressure for concrete and some commercial hardscapes.

How should I prepare my property?
Close windows and doors, move fragile decorations, clear vehicles from the work area, and make sure gates are accessible. Keep pets and people indoors while cleaning is underway. We will explain any service-specific preparation when your appointment is confirmed.
Will cleaning solutions harm plants or painted surfaces?
The correct process depends on the surface. We use low pressure where appropriate, control solution strength, pre-wet and rinse landscaping, and avoid treating delicate materials like concrete. Tell us about fresh paint, damaged seals, specialty coatings, or sensitive plants before work begins.
What surfaces can JBC clean?
Common projects include roofs, stucco, siding, brick, driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, screen enclosures, gutters, windows, fences, commercial facades, storefront walks, dumpster pads, and parking surfaces. What happens if weather changes the appointment?
Light weather does not always prevent exterior cleaning, but lightning, high wind, or conditions that make the work unsafe can require rescheduling. We contact you when the forecast affects the planned service.
