JBC Pressure Washings stands behind our work with a five-year warranty against return of biological growth on all surfaces listed in your original service scope. If covered mold, algae, or biological staining returns within five years of your service, we return to re-treat the affected surfaces at no additional charge. Physical damage and non-biological stains such as rust or paint are excluded; written terms apply.

What the Warranty Covers

• Roof soft washing: If dark streaks from Gloeocapsa magma return within 5 years, we return to re-treat your roof for free.
• Driveway and concrete cleaning: If green or black algae recolonizes your driveway, patio, or walkway within the warranty period, we’ll return to clean it again.
• Siding and exterior surface washing: Mold and mildew regrowth on treated siding, stucco, or brick is covered.
• General exterior surfaces: Any surface included in your original service scope is covered.
