This Privacy Policy describes how JBC Pressure Washings Inc. (“JBC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit jbcpressurewashings.com (the “Site”) or request our pressure washing services.

When you request a quote, submit a contact form, leave a review, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you give us, which may include your name, email address, phone number, service address, and details about the work you’d like done.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address and approximate location (city/state level)
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages you view, links you click, and the time you spend on the Site
- Referring website or search query that brought you to the Site
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see “Cookies” below)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to quote requests and provide pressure washing services
- To send service-related communications (appointment confirmations, invoices)
- To improve our Site and understand how visitors use it
- To run and measure advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram
- To protect the Site against fraud, abuse, and security threats

3. Third-Party Services We Use
Current website services include Google Site Kit, Analytics and Google Ads, Meta Pixel, HubSpot CRM and website tools, HostGator hosting, WordPress form tools and configured email delivery, and Google Maps where displayed. JBC’s own intake and existing WPForms tools process requests. HubSpot imports can be held for review while genuine inquiries remain in JBC’s protected follow-up queue. UpdraftPlus and Google Drive store recovery backups, including website inquiry records and privately submitted files, in the company’s backup account. Provider privacy policies apply to their processing.
4. Cookies
We and our third-party service providers use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure how the Site is used, and deliver relevant advertising. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your settings; if you do, some parts of the Site may not work as intended.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers listed above who help us operate the Site and our business
- Advertising partners (Google, Meta) to measure and improve our ads
- Legal compliance when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others
- Business transfers in the event we sell or transfer all or part of our business
6. Data Retention
We keep contact form and quote submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and provide services, and for our records as required by law (typically up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes). Analytics data is retained according to the default settings of each provider (retention depends on the provider and the account configuration).
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request that we correct or delete your personal information
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell it, but you may still submit a request)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including site security plugins, HTTPS encryption, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We may use HubSpot to manage contact requests and measure website interactions. HubSpot processes information under its own privacy policy and our service-provider agreement.
Optional quote photos and request follow-up
After submitting a quote request, you may optionally upload up to three property photos to help us assess the requested work. Photos are stored privately for JBC staff; uploading does not publish them in our gallery. Avoid including people or documents containing personal information.
We use a temporary secure cookie to associate optional photos with the request you just submitted. We also retain the page and campaign source of a request, follow-up status, quotes and recorded booking outcomes to manage enquiries and measure business results. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses or photos in website analytics events.

Optional advertising outcome measurement
You can separately choose optional outcome measurement on our quote form. If you choose it and your browser supplies an Analytics identifier and, where available, an advertising click identifier, JBC may associate that website visit with our staff’s confirmed qualification and booking records in HubSpot and actual dated payments or refunds recorded in Joist. We send Google Analytics and our linked Google Ads account the consented browser and advertising click identifiers, an opaque event or transaction identifier, outcome date, and payment value and included tax where applicable. Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, messages, photographs, card details and bank information are not included in these outcome events.
The choice is optional and does not affect your quote or service. It is separate from permission to contact you about your request. Unchecked choices, unavailable browser identifiers, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable this additional outcome connection. This choice controls this additional connection; other website analytics described in this policy are separate. This integration does not enable personalized advertising or audience sharing.
We retain the outcome attribution identifier with the private enquiry for up to 62 days. Staff can withdraw future outcome measurement when you contact support@jbcpressurewashings.com or (407) 821-1863 and identify your request. Withdrawal stops future outcome events; previously collected Google data is handled through the relevant Google deletion or correction process. Private business records needed to provide services, maintain accounts or resolve disputes are retained separately.

Optional AI voice and chat
AI voice/chat addition: October 21, 2026.
You can choose to use JBC's AI receptionist in your browser. The introduction explains the processing before you agree and open the call and chat options. The ElevenLabs conversation service loads only after that choice. A browser call uses your microphone when you choose to start the call.
Your AI voice or chat conversation is recorded and transcribed by ElevenLabs. If you share your phone number, JBC may save your enquiry and a conversation summary in HubSpot so John can follow up.
A conversation does not by itself confirm a written quote, qualification, booking or payment. Using the assistant does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please avoid sharing payment details or sensitive information in the conversation.
